The intimate studio includes a new en-suite, a fully equipped kitchenette and a smart TV with on-line content. As our guests, you can enjoy your own sunny courtyard and walk around the gardens. The king single beds can be joined to make a comfortable mega king. A small fold up bed is available for a child to medium height.

Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

Marina, Beaches, Coffs creek , Jetty markets and pet porpoise pool within walking distance. *Note we live upstairs and during reasonable hrs there may be some noise.
