Rustic, Rural, Relaxing Casa in heart of Tsoveca

Take it easy here. This is simple living at it's best. Relax on the patio and listen to the birds. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. No wi-fi (use your cell phone with local data), no TV. 500 steps to the lagoon. Safe, comfortable with all the home trimmings but rustic. Certainly not five star but by design. We have kept the original bricks and deliberately did not plaster them to keep the house rustic. Unsymmetrical paint too. 4 x 4 required for easy access to property from Bilene.

Shongili Lodge Unit 1

Experience the unrefined, culture-rich environment like never before. Situated on the Eastern side of Lagoa Uembje, Shongili Lodge is reached by an 8 minute boat ride over clear, clean waters from the Mozambique town of Biléne. Or for the adventurous drivers, an hour and a half scenic 4x4 or 2x4 drive from the same town. The lodge is run completely on solar power with water sourced from a well on the grounds, This may mean a little less appliances, but also an abundance of quiet reflection.

Enjoy Bilene beach with your family. You'll have a great time in this calm, coloured, comfortable & modern house. Sleep & wake up to the sounds of waves and bird songs. Enjoy the beach & plenty of activities available. Have a pleasant lagon, mountains & sea view from the balcony. This type 2 house is fully furnished & equipped, including air conditioning in all compartments, bed linen, towels, sofas, TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, kitchen utensils. House nr 5 at Xai Xai Exo Estate is called House Hineni. It was bought with a vision to provide a peaceful, spacious house as resting and restoration home away from home. Hineni means Here Am I, send me! Hineni is a beach house with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Walking distance from the beach and close to many restaurants and other areas to explore. We also own house nr 3 with the name: Hosannah. You are welcome to stay at any of these two beautiful homes.

There's a reef running parallel to the beach to enjoy fishing. Snorkeling and Tubing can be enjoyed during low tide. The open sunny beaches offer endless hours of strolling and swimming. Meals can be enjoyed at the Restaurant. Beautiful surroundings and places to explore.

Casa 9 is a fully serviced holiday home enabling you to have a complete break and is the ideal place to relax and unwind, take in the breaker and bush views with the most spectacular sunrises to be seen from your own private pool and braai deck. The house is equipped for luxury with mosquito nets, aircons, dstv and a well equipped kitchen. There is easy access to restaurants, beaches and bars, as well as a host of activities in and around the Eco Estate.

Family Cabin 2 or 3 or 4 or 5

Sleeps 2 to 4 people: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. One bedroom equipped with a Double Bed. Shower, basin and toilet. 2 Single Beds in the lounge area. It is mostly a Sand\Beach Road. To get to the Resort it is important to Note that a Sedan or Low Ground Clearance Vehicle is not suitable. You would need an High Road Clearance Vehicle, SUV, Bakkie, 4X4 or 2X4.

Our place is 50 meters from Massala Beach Resort right in front of Ujembe lagoon its perfect if you are looking for a peaceful time with your loved ones. You can engage in various activities on site and in the surrounding area, like boat trip to Nghunghwa for Lodge, 10 minute drive to the Villa where you may find restaurants ,stores traditional artwork and clothing.

Casa Vermelha is a fully air-conditioned, self-catering holiday home located within the secure Xai-Xai Eco Estate, serviced daily by a dedicated house manager including cleaning and washing. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, with beds ideally suited to 2 - 4 children.
