Schöne Altbauwohnung - mitten im Herzen von Charlottenburg, Kantstraße . Stuck, Parkett, Flügeltüren. Beste Verkehrsanbindung - S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus. 11 min mit der S-Bahn bis Hauptbahnhof. Sehr belebte Gegend mit Restaurants, Kaffees, Kneipen. Wohnung selbst (bis auf S-Bahn) sehr ruhig. Toller Blick vom Balkon. ACHTUNG: Unser Innenhof wird derzeit saniert. Er ist eine Baustelle und ab und zu hört man auch die Arbeiten. Zudem wird das Treppenhaus derzeit wegen der Arbeiten nicht gereinigt.

Hey nice People! I’m Richard and I hope i will give you a beautiful stay in Berlin while I’m out of the city. My place is located in Wilhelmstraße wich makes it incredible accessible to all the great places in the centre of Berlin. Walk to the Brandenburger Tor or checkpoint Charlie in ease . I still recommend to rent a bike! You still have a choice of 4 different Stations that connect you to anywhere in Berlin within 4-10 min walk. So i hope i can make your vacation more comfortable.
