Blue Vista, lake view, hot tub, fenced yard

Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

Perfect getaway! Enjoy your own PRIVATE pool and hot tub at our unique hill country cabin with 8.6 acres. Breathtaking sunsets from the upper deck. Float in the pool on the bluff overlooking the Blanco River (normally dry river) or relax in the hot tub. Enjoy a cozy fire, sit in the gazebo or take the stone steps down to the river bank for a hike. Head into Wimberley Square for dinner and shopping. No PETS. Yes on WIFI, great place to unplug. The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. This house is a sanctuary where land, water, and nature come together. The house sits on a small hill with the most magnificent views of the lake. The entire place is surrounded by water, mountains and trees, taking you instantly to a different place and time. View from the deck is private and majestic at the same time. A place where you can disconnect with the outer world and be one with nature. Relax in the cozy house, splash in the lake or enjoy the views from the porch!
