This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. You’ll love my place because of The peace and quiet and about 13 miles to Cooperstown. Lots of walking trails Pond with wood fired sauna. King size bed. Private deck with gas grill. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). There is limited WiFi , satellite so no streaming. Att works best here. Tv plus a DVD player. Lots of movies.
