The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

De snelweg A9 is goed bereikbaar dus u bent zo in Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem of op Schiphol. Ook het strand van Castricum is binnen 15 minuten te bereiken.

Op Het Span is het heerlijk! Je kijkt over de landerijen naar de duinen en de molen. Je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats en een eigen tuin. We hebben er alles aan gedaan om het uitzicht op de zonsondergang zoveel mogelijk te houden. Het appartement is geschikt voor vier personen en we vinden het leuk als je met kinderen komt. Die vinden het vast heerlijk om in de bedstee te slapen en in het speelhuisje te spelen.
