The boat slip is within the subdivision, making it a quick way to dock your boat at the private pier behind the home. Plenty of places to explore up & down the river. Tickfaw State Park is upriver and there are four night clubs that play live music, with pier docking, & dining. Lake Maurepas is 14 miles down river. Manchac Middendorf 20 miles down river. You can navigate to anywhere from the house.

2 bedroom, 1 bath home with 2 queen sized beds, 1 full bathroom, & has 24 hr security cameras—3 minutes away from Juban Crossing Shopping Center and the interstate. 30+ restaurants & stores nearby (including Texas Roadhouse, Movie Tavern, Starbucks, and many more). Both LSU stadium and downtown are only 25 minutes away; New Orleans in an hour away! (The home beside is also available, the second next door but must be booked separately. Please read detailed description of property before booking. Set in a 22 acre parcel on the Natalbany River 6.5 miles from downtown Hammond. Enjoy nature with a walk along the trail from house to river. This building has been built with mostly reclaimed, reused and upcycled materials. The rustic interior walls are clad in huge boards milled on the property after Katrina damage. Note the unusual shower with handmade tiles. There are other unique structures on property.

Our quaint yellow cottage sits on a quiet street where you have plenty of space to hear the cicadas and breathe in the Louisiana air. We're situated directly on the Amite River and this cottage is perfect for anyone who loves to fish! We provide a place to dock your boat, and can even recommend the best routes along the river that we often take ourselves. Please note that we do not allow pets at the cottage so get your fur babies a sitter and come on down.

With prior notification to host you may have full access to onsite boat slip. Depending on size of boats slip can host up to 2 boats at one time.
