Outside you will find an oversized deck (propane bbq), large yard, 4 ft firepit and an oceanside hammock. The perfect place to read a book or watch the million dollar sunset. With many endless beaches to choose from on the Northumberland strait from 2 min walk or 2 min drive to Waterside Provincial Beach.

Riverside Cottage (with heated pool Mid Jun -Sept)

Cottage sits right alongside of the West River of Pictou and has a heated swimming pool. Very quiet and private. Couples/Singles only. Free use of the onsite canoe or kayaks. There is a private firepit onsite which can be used when the government burn restrictions permit, and a private deck with a bbq. There is also an above ground heated pool shared with the owners. Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
