Our 1914 cottage has weathered many storms and stands tall with charm. She is well loved and lived in. We have chickens pecking, ducks waddling through the gardens, sun shining through our stained glass, spiders spinning webs, paint drips, palmetto bugs, an old swing in the front yard, cats napping, Spanish moss in the trees, and a screened-in porch to take in the beauty of a long day's sunset. Our island homestead is for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with nature & art close at hand. ♥

This private 544 sq ft nautical-themed bungalow features one large room with an open sleeping loft (2nd bedroom) overlooking the main floor. Downstairs is furnished with two rockers, sofa, queen-size Murphy bed, TV, dining table. There is a full bed & twin bed in the loft. Ideal for 4 guests, but accommodates 5. The kitchenette has basics (microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, small fridge) not equipped for cooking meals. Off-street parking & room for a boat trailer. No Pets/Smoking

Enjoy the spectacular views from this welcoming 3 bed 2 bath home located on Harkers Island. An open floor plan with tons of windows allows you to start your day with the sunrise. The house is convenient to the Fish Hook Grill, Billy's store, and Cape Lookout National Seashore Visitor Center. Two marinas plus the NC Wildlife Ramp are close by to launch the boat for a day out on the water, and downtown Beaufort is a quick drive in for a day of shopping.

It is approximately 15 minutes from Harkers Island and Beaufort, North Carolina. The closest beach access is about 10 minutes away with multiple accesses between 15 and 30 minutes away. Cape Lookout National Seashore can be seen from the end of the community. Large yard with room for parking.
