Formerly an historic coach house, the converted Farm Steading nestles within the Insh Marshes National Nature Reserve and the Cairngorms National Park. ECO-FRIENDLY/ORGANIC/RURAL/HOT TUB/99% midge free The Attic is a cosy, self contained Cottage designed to help you relax and unwind - curling up by the wood burning stove or enjoying the rural views from the wood fired hot tub in the garden. It is also a great base for exploring and adventuring. A breakfast bundle (vegan/GF available) is provided for your first morning. We are passionate about providing an eco-friendly experience for you - organic and locally sourced items wherever possible.

Drumguish Cottage

Drumguish Cottage is located in the highlands of Scotland, and the Cairngorm National Park which is 1,748 square miles and larger than Luxembourg. The cottage is set among the majestic pine woods of Drumguish, with mountain views and with lots of wildlife. It is close to the town of Kingussie with its shops and golf course, and in easy reach of Aviemore and the ski slopes on Cairngorm mountain. The area is a walkers' paradise with lowland and upland trails starting direct from the cottage.

The Bakehouse at Caman House dates from 1900 and is a beautiful old stone barn, and once upon a time a bakers - lovingly restored by us, creating a cosy and unique little home from home, respecting the story of the building, using local materials like timber & stone. The Farm Bothy Cottage

The Farm Bothy cottage offers luxury accommodation on a working sheep farm. It is self-contained, within a modern steading/barn conversion. We live in the other wing of the house. You can explore the farm, woodlands and our garden. Ideally located for visiting nearby castles and distilleries the area also has great cycling, golfing, fishing and horse-riding. Our local pub is a mile away. The nearest town, Alford, has a pub, restaurant, shops, supermarket, parks and museums.

Ballin Dhu - tranquil retreat on the Speyside Way

Ballin Dhu is a cosy and peaceful highland escape nestled on the banks of the River Spey and sitting directly on the Speyside Way walking route. The lodge and its surroundings are beautiful in any season, whether it's watching spring come to life, enjoying warmer summer months, amidst autumn colours, or on a frosty winter's day overlooking the Spey valley. Whatever the time of year Ballin Dhu provides comfortable and characterful accommodation.

Essich Park - 2BR - Hot Tub - Amazing Views

Luxury cottage with hot tub located on a farm only 5 minutes from Inverness and 10 minutes from Loch Ness with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Inverness and the Moray Firth. The farm has a herd of 12 Alpacas with 6 babies due June 2026. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (one superking, one king). The cottage is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500.

McFarlane Lodge has an open planned lounge and dinning area. The comfortable lounge includes a wood burning stove, SmartTV and a large dining table. The kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one contains a double bed. The second room contains two queen beds. Towels are provided.
