The garden room boasts a brand new log burner and has stunning views over the picturesque garden. As well as this there is a cosy snug room with sofabed and SMART tv to enjoy quiet nights in. The bedroom has dual aspect views, with one side looking out to the River Tone and the other on rolling fields where deer often make an appearance.

The use of the spacious garden including swimming pool, in the summer months and hot tub all year round makes it a perfect location to relax. The garden has a pond, vegetable area, orchard, children’s play area and outdoor cinema available for our guests to enjoy.
