For larger groups, we have 3 properties which are only a couple of minutes walk from the heart of Old Bowral that can accommodate up to 14 people as detailed below.

Welcome to Bunya House, circa 1890. This wonderful historic home is one of the hidden gems to discover visiting Bowral, NSW. Beautifully renovated it has 2 living rooms, 3 double bedrooms, a serene bathroom, galley kitchen, wrap around veranda and open wood fireplace. Within easy walking distance to the town center Bunya House is the perfect spot to base yourself to explore the regions many fabulous vintage and interior shops, award winning restaurants and great cafes.

Wombiombi Cottage

Free standing one bedroom cottage with large windows overlooking paddocks dotted with kangaroos. Situated 10 minutes from Berrima and Bowral - very handy for wedding guests. On the Southern Highlands Wine Trail. A quiet and tranquil getaway. Compressed/recycled cement driveway, suitable for all cars. Native Ducks, Kookaburra's, Eastern and Crimson Rosellas, Kangaroos and Wombats in abundance. Wood fired heating or air conditioned and wi-fi (Star Link) connected.

Lulu's Cottage – a hidden gem. Easy walk to CBD

Lulu's Cottage is charming and spacious, with 2 queen-size bedroom (the Main with ensuite) and the third with 2 single beds (can be King but MUST be requested at time of booking) located at the front of the house. The living area to the rear leads onto a large covered back deck where you can relax overlooking the leafy garden. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and is a short easy walk to/from Bowral Village. No Smoking and minimum 2 nights stay.

The Little House - Pet friendly*/Mid-week special!

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!
