The cabin is nestled to the back of the 3.6 acres of a private wooded land with a short walk to the all sport lake. The updated home features two bedrooms, sleeping loft, family room, washer/dryer, all the amenities of home. Enjoy the 160 ft of lakefront off our private dock. Bittersweet ski lodge is literally in the back yard. Less than a 1/4 mile to entrance. Kalamazoo River is across the street with a kayak/canoe launch just a 1/4 mile away. We have kayaks available to rent at a minimal cost and can provide drop off and pick up. There is a fire pit that can be used. There are 8 campsites on the property, 5 with 30 amp service and 3 with 20 amp that are available at additional costs. The Lynx golf course is about 5 miles away.

Kirk Kottage is a family cottage. We hope that you will feel the love and enjoy the million dollar views. Located on the 3rd basin. Swim, kayak, fish or just sit out by the fire pit. Boat and jet skies rentals are available and delivered to our private dock. Sleeps 6 comfortably. 1 bedroom (Q), the couch folds out to a (F) and the loft has a (F)ull. There is also a twin bed up in the loft. Full disclosure, the loft is tight (see the picture).
