Idyllic, quiet self contained private 1 bed ground floor annexe attached to a beautiful Victorian house on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and also within walking distance of Horncastle market place, shops and amenities. Private entrance with self check in and own parking space, use of large garden, children's play area, kitchenette (with sink, fridge, microwave, induction hob, table and chairs), bathroom and bedroom with double bed and sofa bed suitable for 2 young children or 1 adult.

Secluded High Beacon Cottage is situated on one of the highest points of the Lincolnshire Wolds with amazing views of the rolling Wolds countryside, with Lincoln Cathedral and the coast of Norfolk visible on a clear day. Remote and tucked away down a private lane and surrounded by wide open arable and grazing (sheep) fields, this detached barn conversion is in a great holiday location to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life, and a relaxing base from which to explore the area.

Church Farm Cottage, Legbourne, Louth

Escape to the country, listen to the birdsong, take in the star studded night sky at our much loved holiday home. A farmhouse with a delightful cottage garden at the end of a quiet lane. At the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Legbourne offers ancient woodlands, two pubs, a village shop, a children’s play area and many countryside walks. Explore the rolling hills of the Wolds, the stunning sandy beaches ,the local market town of Louth, or Cadwell Park which is within 6 miles .

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

With unspoilt views over countryside, our former Chapel on the Lincolnshire Wolds doorstep offers the perfect place to enjoy a memorable relaxing stay. Visit all that this County has to offer, including miles of lovely beaches, followed by snug winter evenings in front of a Log Burner, or warm summer evenings relaxing on the Patio, perhaps observing the wildlife. There is a myriad of tracks and paths around for walkers and cyclists alike. We offer comfort with a homely feel.

Our beautiful 150 year old cottage has unspoilt panoramic views of the Lincolnshire Wolds and it is surrounded by our own farm.There is an abundance of outdoor space, a 7 person hot tub, a small orchard and a fenced front garden with a hammock and garden furniture. We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. A perfect retreat and an ideal location for families.

It is one of a pair of semi detached cottages on a working arable farm, in an area of outstanding natural beauty and half a mile down a private driveway. There are some fantastic countryside walks on the doorstep along with beaches & wildlife marshes close by. Aviation & history enthusiasts are also well catered for. Something for everyone! . .
