Welcome to Chimney Tops. This house is fantastic for entertaining or relaxing! If you need to work, That's no problem, we have a meeting room / office that holds 5 people comfortably. We have a large Kitchen and living room as well as 4/5 bedrooms perfect for families / friends. You can relax next to the 20ft ( Open 1may-30sep) or in the 6 person hot tub open all year around. We are 30 minutes drive to some amazing beaches/ coastal walks. We are just 2 minutes from route 884 cycle path!

Situated on a quiet part of Trecco Bay, 7 minutes walk to all amenities onsite & 10 minutes walk to our blue flag Beach. 15 mins walk to dog friendly Newton beach. Our spacious holiday home is so inviting you will not want to leave, chill out on our private, gated, large furnished decking or take a stroll across the harbour & over to Rest Bay to watch the sunset, the sun rises over the sea at Newton beach & Porthcawl has so many cafes, bars and restaurants with gorgeous views over the sea.

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Right beside the beach and a few minutes away from the entertainment zone. A 10 -15 minute walk away from town. There is a bus stop at the entrance to the park for a trip to town Lovely caravan with central heating and its own wi fi. On a Parkdean site with some of free entertainment. Passes available to purchase at Reception to access all other zones. We do have a minimum stay of 2 nights. Maximum amount of guests is a strict 6

The Laundry

Our one-storey cottage has beautiful open-plan living. Snuggle up to the cosy wood burning stove. Enjoy a peaceful nights rest in our zip and link king size bed, which can alternatively be made into twin beds, complete with feather and down bedding. En-suite bathroom. The walled garden offers a serene space to enjoy your morning coffee whilst listening to the birds sing. This garden is in turn in the middle of the beautiful Merthyr Mawr estate gardens which are yours to explore.

Ocean Breeze, 3 Bedroom Luxury Caravan

Our lovely homely south facing 3 bedroom caravan with front patio doors is based in the quiet cul-de-sac of The Birches Trecco Bay, is great for all the family . With a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, bathroom and extra toilet there's enough space and privacy for all . There’s also a open plan kitchen and lounge area for them relaxing evenings and a stunning decking area. We provide pillows, bedding, bath towels and tea towels but please bring your own beach/pool towels.

The Welsh Retreat

Luxury, spacious (approx. 3,000 sq ft) ground floor guest suite with private indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, wet bar & multiple terraces for your exclusive use. Fully equipped and furnished to a high standard including quality linens & free high speed WiFi. Consists of whole ground floor of main house with separate private guest entrance, set in approx. 1 acre of gardens, with bordering stream. The lawned garden areas are shared with the owners/main house.
