Our place is centrally located to historic downtown Brevard and Hendersonville, Asheville, and DuPont & Pisgah Forests. We are pet friendly.

Come enjoy the best of downtown Brevard. This cute 1920's cottage is 2 blocks from Main Street & 5 blocks from the Lumbar Arts District - great restaurants, shopping, and community events. Stroll to dinner in 5 minutes on foot. The house is situated on a big lot with an enjoyable backyard. After a good day on your bike or hiking, enjoy the evening grilling under the lights or relaxing by the fire pit. From Brevard you can easily access Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest or Asheville!

Waterfall Cottage: Wake Up to a Waterfall!

Wake up to a private mountain waterfall located feet from the front porch of your cottage conveniently tucked between Hendersonville & Brevard, NC. This luxurious mini-resort is features vintage touches and all the modern conveniences including full kitchen, washer/dryer, and fast wifi. Spend your stay by the waterfall and stream or venture out to hike in Pisgah National Forest, drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway, or enjoy local shopping and dining. Pet friendly! Brookside Cottage

Brookside cottage is newly renovated and surrounded by forest in the mountains of western North Carolina. A mountain stream descends in front of the cottage providing an restful water feature. Located in Transylvania county between Brevard and Cashiers, the area is named the “Land of Waterfalls”. Supplies (food, drink, etc.) are available 2 miles from cottage. Caution to low riding cars/sports cars: the last half mile to this cottage is a gravel road and must ford a small stream.

Despite the feeling of being in the country, you're never too far from convenience—a mere 15-minute drive will take you to Hendersonville for all your essentials.

Lake View - modern style cottage

This unique place has an all-of-its-own style. It's a short drive to downtown.. just about 5 min. The grocery store is about 3 min. away and the gas station is about a minute and a half drive. The place is great for couples of any age, any occasion, or a small family with up to 2 small children. The living room has a full-size futon and bedding is provided. Good to mention also, that there is no lake but a pond across the street. Fishing is allowed!

Highlights include a twin size swinging bed on the porch, an outdoor fire pit, an awesome indoor wood-stove, and a private hot tub!

Secluded Cottage on the Farm-close to Parkway

Retreat to the mountains in this secluded white cottage on the farm. At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
