Contemporary and detached, beautiful garden views

Warm and cosy with underfloor heating, this delightful studio is situated in a private lane just one minute’s walk from The Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows Biosphere and a 10 min walk to centre of Braunton. Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. There is a comfortable seating area with smart tv and audio speaker. South facing garden patio.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a bench and table for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

The River Barn - Cosy Riverside Annex in Braunton

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

With breathtaking views, simple modern furnishing and your own private sun deck, this self-contained apartment attached to a family home is the perfect place to chill in between trips to the beautiful beaches of North Devon's Atlantic coast. The garden side is separate from the house however is delightful to sit and enjoy a lovely sundowner.

It was previously an old coach house which has been completely renovated into a contemporary living space. Its elevated position offers views across to Appledore and Hartland. Decorated to a high spec, it is designed and suitable for couples or a single person looking for a peaceful break away on this gorgeous North Devon coastline.
