A 120-year old, two story brick townhouse. This old gal will keep you warm and cozy. Private backyard features a hot tub, firepit and outdoor furniture. There are 3 bedrooms, a queen, a double, and a single over double bunk bed. All very comfy beds. Close to walk to groceries, the YMCA gym & pool, pubs, great tacos and Brandon University. 10 minute drive to the Brandon Hills with beautiful treed walking and biking trails. 1 hour drive to Riding Mountain National Park.

A double bed in the basement with electric fireplace, window facing the yard, large closet and free parking are provided in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
