Camera da letto con un letto Matrimoniale alla francese e armadio con ante scorrevoli. Nel bagno è presente una doccia , sanitari sospesi, un Phon e una Lavasciuga. Nido d'amore nel cuore della Sardegna

La casetta di via Pia è una piccola casa storica del 1880, tipicamente costruita con pietra locale: il nero basalto dell'altipiano di Abbasanta. "Casetta", perché tutto sembra in formato ridotto... le piccole finestre, il forno per il pane, il cortile. Un nido d'amore confortevole e accogliente, adatto a chi vuole vivere esperienze sensoriali (specialmente gastronomiche!) in questa parte di Sardegna meno conosciuta, che alterna mare, pianura, collina e montagna e una tradizione viva, autentica

Belvedere - Terrazza panoramica

Particolare e accogliente, Belvedere è perfetta per chi volesse relax e una vista mozzafiato. Su due piani, è formata da camera da letto, bagno completo, cortiletto, angolo cottura e terrazza. La terrazza è il punto forte, arredata per essere vissuta al meglio e ammirare Bosa, il mare e spettacolari tramonti. E' attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Da essa ci si sposta a piedi per le vie del centro storico e raggiungere negozi, bar, ristoranti e i servizi utili. A pochi passi vi è parcheggio.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

In the historic center of Bosa, 5 minutes by car, in front of the sea at the Temo river. The house is sheltered from the sun and remains quite cool even in summer, also thanks to the stone walls, typical of historic Bosa. The view of the river is covered by the building in front but you just need to leave the house to be right in front of the river. It is located a few meters from the ancient bridge and the ancient cathedral, surrounded by many characteristic places.
