Located in the heart of Eumundi, 150 metres away from the famous Eumundi Markets, cafes, pubs & restaurants. Noosa Heads is a short 20-minute drive. The luxurious studio has views over Mt Corroy and is set amongst tropical gardens where you can enjoy an abundance of native wildlife. Featuring high ceilings and huge sliding doors that open to the balcony the studio is eco designed to capture the summer breezes. The hempcrete walls provide natural insulation in all seasons and a peaceful sleep.

Studio 17 is a separate self contained one bedroom, air-conditioned studio with private entry and off street parking. Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. You can apply for a beach vehicle permit on QPWS website. You need $16 cash or EFTPOS each way for the car ferry at Tewantin to access Teewah beach to travel to us. Or, we can pick you up at Noosa North Shore and bring you up. If you love fishing, surfing, bushwalking and just relaxing in beautiful beach surroundings, this is for you!
