The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

This home has a massive outdoor dining area with a BBQ and ping pong table. Inside, there is a split system for heating/cooling, and a coonara fireplace for those cold, wintry days and nights. With views from every window, pet friendly, and only a 10 minute drive to the local pub (dogs welcome) and lake, you won't be disappointed.

BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions
