This unique property is a 16th century canal house. With private entrance and exclusive use of two whole floors. The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Visit this cute studio in Katwijk aan Zee! From the Beachstudio to the beach is only a 300 meter walk. Also the boulevard where you can find a lot of restaurants is only a 5 minute walk, the shopping centre is a 5 minute walk as well. You will stay at the back of our house, with your own private entrance. The studio will provide you with everything you will need during your stay.
