Red Bird Cottage is locate minutes away from one of Tennessee's largest and most visited parks, Fall Creek Falls State Park. We want to help guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home which is great for couples or families with kids, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature lovers. Our cottage is a complete house with everything accessible to you as our guests. Red Bird Cottage offers all the amenities of home and more and is secured with a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival.

Mountain Cabin, Dayton TN w/BOAT PARKING & Wifi

Located 6 minutes from downtown Dayton, TN. This newly renovated 1500 sq. ft. cabin sits on 1 acre & is the perfect place to get away or stay for local events. The floor plan has 2 levels and a loft with 4 twin beds plus a trundle. There is a bedroom with a bath, a living area, and kitchen that opens up to the covered deck. The back door opens to a large outdoor area to enjoy the natural beauty of Tennessee. The nightly price includes up to five guests. More than five is an additional cost.

Perched on the side of a cliff with a spectacular view of the mountains of the Cumberland Plateau and Sequatchie Valley, Cliffside is a unique contemporary Scandinavian-style property. Whether you're on vacation or working remotely, enjoy coffee in front of the large picture windows, a soak in the hot tub, sunset on the large deck, a chat around the smokeless firepit, or kayaking on the nearby lake. Located on Dayton Mountain near many hiking trails, it is only a 20-minute drive to Dayton.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Tranquility at Fall Creek Falls

Relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air at Tranquility. This chalet-style log home is perfect for rocking on the front porch, star-gazing from the new hot tub on the covered back porch, or relaxing by the fire in the beautiful vaulted ceiling living room. Includes 65 inch Tv in living room, large Tv's in all bedrooms, fiber internet, laundry room, park grill, and fire pit. Located at the north entrance of Fall Creek Falls and only a 5 minute drive to the Cascades and Nature Center.

Morgan Springs (Country, Mountain) Retreat

Our quiet mountain setting is just off State Highway 30 and only 15 minutes from either downtown Dayton and Chickamauga Lake or Pikeville--gateway to Highway 127 and Fall Creek Falls State Park. Our MOUNTAIN accommodation in the heart of historic Morgan Springs and along the Trail of Tears. This guesthouse is completely furnished and is completely private. There are outdoor outlets. This comfortable home provides 3 Bedrooms with 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 workstations, dining for 6, High-Speed Internet, fenced backyard and fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. 2 car garage provides additional parking and a place to gear up. Beautiful home in the middle of 60 acres. Incredible views and just 5 minutes from Fall Creek Falls. Fish in our 1 acre lake or just enjoy the beautiful views from the back porch. This is a large two bedroom with a big open living space. There is a king bed in the master with a full bathroom. there is a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway. Kitchen is open to the large living room and comes with everything you need. All linens are provided.
