Your private suite has: 1) a private bedroom /a queen-sized bed; 2) a private bath /a walk-in-shower; 3) a kitchenette with a Keurig Coffee maker, a microwave, a small sink plus an under-the-counter refrigerator with a separate freezer; 4) a locked private entry into a multi-purpose room that has a loveseat, TV, a drop-leaf table with 2 chairs. The suite has a new independent "HVAC air & vent system", totally separate from our HVAC system, so our Guests have complete temperature control.

One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. Please be aware you will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the unit.
