Recently renovated spacious cottage with a contemporary feel in the midst of country and farmland, just a 4 minute drive to the village of Kangaroo Valley. The cottage is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with a large, relaxing bathtub, cozy fireplace, verandah with lovely views and a private outdoor fire pit to sit around and enjoy. Meet our adorable goats Frieda and Golda, and enjoy collecting eggs from our free-roaming chooks, Princess Margaret, Claire, Sissi & Hilda.

Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

Our self-contained apartment oozes contemporary country charm with all the comforts of home.
