There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high standards. The studio is a 15 minutes walk to Wokingham train station and town centre.

Manstone Cottage, Yattendon

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.
