With no light pollution, one of the highlights will be soaking under the stars in the log-fuelled cedar hot tub with a glass of something cold to round off a perfect day. A beautiful listed building located on a quiet lane in the centre of the pretty market town of Blandford Forum, offering the perfect place to explore Dorset or simply relax in one of the cosy sitting rooms and indulge in one of the house's many books. Plenty of board games and DVDs will keep the younger ones entertained or get outside to the nearby River Stour to spot otters and kingfishers (just a 5 minute walk from the house) or head in any direction to Dorset's spectacular countryside.

The Granary is part of our Georgian family farmhouse home which is nestled in a valley beside a gentle chalk stream. We have a host of friendly pet farm animals; pigs, a pony, hand reared sheep, hens and mini goats. You are welcome get acquainted with them to join in with their feeding. We are off the road and down a short track. You can walk directly from the door into the Dorset Countryside.

The Coach House

An 18th Century Coach House which is an annex to the Old Vicarage, restored to a high standard to provide light and spacious first floor accommodation, access is through our ground floor home office. We use white cotton bed linen and towels, Neal's Yard products in the bathroom. New Bath Shower mixer. Heating is underfloor and the Coach House has a south facing aspect.
