Delightful old farmhouse and spacious garden

The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Mini gîte "Le petit fournil" en Normandie

Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. Pour le petit déjeuner, nous vous proposons du pain fabriqué à la ferme à partir des céréales cultivées par nos soins. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. One dog allowed per stay. 2 on request. Dogs to be kept on a lead in garden. Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. Fishing lakes and 23km cycle path nearby

Vous pourrez organiser des randonnées pédestres et cyclistes sur des sublimes sentiers où vous pourrez croiser chevreuils et biches.

Calme et détente dans ce charmant studio d'un ancien corps de ferme datant de 1640. Au rendez-vous, le coq et son clairon matinal, le chevreau de l'année à la fenêtre qui vient chercher sa caresse hebdomadaire. Vous disposez d'1 entrée indépendante, linges de maison ( voir détail dans équipements) fournis, d'1 place de parking, d'1 espace extérieur avec: table de picnic,chaises longues, jeux extérieurs à dispo,le lit d'appoint est idéal pour 1 enfant literie principale neuve.

Logement calme, très bien isolé, en rez de jardin, petite terrasse bordée de rosiers. Le linge de lit minimum est fournis :taies d oreillers, de taversain et de matelas. Si vous le souhaitez le linge de lit et de toilette manquant pour la 15 euros.

The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.
