Alaska Alpine Meadow Retreat—upper unit*

Modern day homestead in the making! We are adjacent to State, National Forest Service, and National Park Service lands in a beautiful, quiet wooded neighborhood with views of Resurrection and Benson Mountains and Resurrection River. This upper unit, "Alpine", is a two-bedroom and sleeps up to six people, has a full kitchen, full bath, living space with pull-out queen sofa bed, and washer/dryer. The lower one-bedroom unit "Meadow" is also available to rent.

Nestled on 1.2 wooded acres, you'll find plenty of space to relax and unwind surrounded by nature. The Seward Waterfront is just 7 miles away, offering a variety of activities such as biking and hiking to explore the stunning surroundings. Our property consists of a 4-plex house and two cozy cabins, providing privacy and comfort while still maintaining a serene, quiet atmosphere. Fish freezer, chairs, fire pits, new kitchen, car and boat parking in a quiet, serene, private area minutes from downtown Seward, amazing hiking and world class fishing. Adorable cottage in the back yard of the local historic coffee house. This custom tiny home was built to take in the grand, south-facing views. Our cottage is in the perfect location in downtown Seward, but it's also privately situated in the backyard and is protected from tourist traffic. Every detail has been considered when putting together this artistic space, and we're excited to share it with you!
