Boudoir on Bryce St is a 350m walk to gorgeous Moffat Beach & Eleanor Shipley Park. A pleasant stroll down Bryce St gets you there, alternatively a walk along the creek & under Tooway bridge provides an alternative, with no need to cross a road. Set in our back garden, adjacent to our swimming pool, you will find our cosy, quiet & comfortable Boudoir. This space will be yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. We hope to welcome visitors to the area to share in what we like to call Home.

Large flat screen TV with Netflix, Foxtel, Britbox, Disney, Sports and an extra TV in bedroom. Across the road from the beach. Unit is on the first floor, 2 flights of steps with 8 steps in each flight. Garage is very skinny! Large 4-wheel drive vehicle won't fit I'm sorry!

The Beach Shack is a stand alone 1960's refurbished one bedroom, self contained guest house. It includes one large bedroom with a King Size and Queen size bed in the one room, there is a bathroom, basic kitchenette and laundry. Landsborough railway station has a bus service and you can be dropped around the corner at the Caloundra transit center.

Our club is close, and pubs, clubs and restaurants on nearby islands. Enjoy the sea (including kayaks) from our lawn at high tide, bicycles, and a spa-pool on request. The suite includes a queen bed (only), sea views, a kitchen, bathroom and an outside patio overlooking the bay. There is aircon. No cleaning fee.
