A beautiful home with an elevated deck to enjoy the view of one of two ponds, or just to gather in the evenings for a glass of wine under the stars. Maximum capacity is 4 guests. Great for couples (2 adults only, no children under 18) or executives on business. The Loft is a lovely, private retreat above our detached garage located here at Ranch di Serenita. A peaceful place to come and relax. There is a private balcony off the back where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the horses and listen to the birds, it's like being in a treehouse! The sunsets are amazing here! You can count the stars on a clear night. Come enjoy it all for yourself!

Private LOST PINES LOFT, Close to Austin/Bastrop!

Our private upstairs loft is welcoming and spacious and altogether separate from our main home (above our detached garage) and overlooks our beautifully tranquil, heavily wooded 5 acres. It is very similar setup to that of a hotel suite. Enjoy two private decks and quiet country living. We are only five minutes from The Hyatt Lost Pines resort. Close to Austin yet just far enough away. If privacy, peace, and the best value in the area are your thing, then you've found the right place!

**During summer it's too hot to sleep in loft, so we limit guests to a total of 2 people in downstairs bedroom.** 1930s farm house on 18 acres. Mix of modern & antique; wood floors, cream plaster walls, comfortable period furnishings. Kitchen has marble counters, gas stove, undercounter fridge, dishwasher. Stylish bathroom with walk-in shower. Wi-fi, via StarLink, works well. Back porch rocking chairs, overlooking horse pastures. Let us know if you're bringing your dogs please!
