Newbiggin has many pubs, restaurants, shops and a beautiful promenade. You should see seals, dolphins and maybe an occasional whale from your window.

Newbiggin-by-the-Sea golf club next door, sheltered bay with prom, maritime centre and cafes very close by.

The Pink House, Eyemouth/Spectacular Ocean Views

A unique 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom detached house that is located literally on the beach at the beautiful harbour town of Eyemouth. Built in 1886, the house has just been tastefully renovated with all of the old features kept intact. Wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves rolling onto the beach! Each room has a stunning ocean view, overlooking the beach and the cliffs of Eyemouth. The Pink House is an hour from Edinburgh by car or 10 minutes to Berwick where the train takes an hour.

The Puffin Burrow, North Berwick Beachside

The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.

It's central location (all be it on a quiet side street) has direct access to the high street, with an array of fantastic restaurants, pubs and shops. The town square, marina, pier and beach are all within a minutes walk. Whether you stay at the property, or explore further afield, Drift House is the perfect choice for your getaway.
