Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—kids under 2 N/C. $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. The Farmhouse is convenient to all things in Uwharrie. Hiking, biking, off road trails, horse trails....etc! The Uwharrie river is just a few minutes away for a kayak/canoe trip. Badin Lake is just a few minutes behind us with great fishing, boating, picnic areas and hiking trails.
