Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Ferien im Heidiland Unsere helle 3-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung befindet sich an bester Lage in Walenstadt. Walenstadt ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Region mit seinen vielen Ausflugszielen zu erkunden. Die Wohnung besticht weiter durch die sonnige Lage und die grosse zur Verfügung stehende Grünfläche (zur Alleinnutzung). Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Der Walensee ist innert 10 Gehminuten erreichbar, der Bahnhof innerhalb von 15 Gehminuten.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Sie ist neuhaft, top ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und einem grossen Balkon. Gut gelegen zum Skifahren, einige Skigebiete in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Boxspringbett 180/200cm für 2 Personen, für weitere 2 Personen hat es im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa somit wäre es auch mit 4 Personen möglich die Loft zu buchen.

Mini-Villa im Grünen und doch zentral. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub, um im Appenzellerland zu entspannen und St.Gallen zu erkunden. Auch als Hotelalternative für Geschäftsreisen sehr gut geeignet. Kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück und schnelles Internet stehen zur Verfügung. Kurze Distanz nach St. Gallen und zur Autobahn A1. Nicht verfügbar für Partys.
