Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. The Victorian Seaside towns of Cromer & Sheringham are close by as are The Norfolk Broads, Norwich, Wells & Holkham.

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.
