Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

Pamlico sound-front custom home.   Located in the village of Salvo at the end of the road and is surrounded by large Live Oaks and natural fauna.   Your private front entrance into unit #1 is the brown/glass door on the left side of the home. The 10' ceilings make the retreat feel incredibly spacious. It includes a king bed, a coffee maker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a ceiling fan, and linens. The custom-tiled bathroom has a solid-surface double vanity and a large shower.

Ocean Minded (The Loft)

Ocean Minded (The Loft) is the top floor of our beach house featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom with peek-a-boo ocean views from the screened in porch. The house is centrally located in Avon on a private, dead end road and is walking distance to the beach, pier, restaurants, food trucks, and a coffee shop. Most of the other houses on the street are privately owned by families that live out of town and are not rentals, giving it a very peaceful and serene feeling.

Sound-Side retreat. Enjoy a sunset nestled in the cool, old, live oak trees. With a cozy bungalow style feel enjoy ocean living on the peaceful sound side. Large wrap around deck for star gazing. Beach access is a short 6 min walk for surf and beach fun. Close to grocery store, ice cream parlor, restaurants, coffee, and souvenir shops.
