A detached cottage 50 metres from the shore of Luce Bay near Port William village. From the spacious conservatory, guests can relax, take in the stunning views towards the Isle of Man, look out for the family of otters who live by the sea, experience spectacular sunsets and star gaze. For the more adventurous there are lovely walks, cycling tracks, water sports, horse riding centres and top notch golf courses in the area. You’ll need a car to explore but there are local taxis for pub visits!

Or of course just chill out with a cold drink and stargaze. To be honest you really are spoilt for things to do.

We have so many attractions on our doorstep like Culzean Castle, Heads of Ayr Farm Park, Trump Turnberry resort, Burns country, some of the best golf courses in Scotland and many excellent restaurants. West view is a luxury property located directly on Nethertown beach. It is in a tranquil area with amazing sea views. It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Seal Bay Cottage - Large garden with Sea view.

A recently renovated 120 year old workers cottage, set off the main road with private parking and a large back garden that leads directly to the beach. On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore. The perfect setting to enjoy life by the sea and explore the beautiful Ards Peninsula.
