The lighted screened porch and open deck sit above the west creek near the banks of the Middlefork River -- enjoy nature at its midwestern best. This home is surrounded by oaks, maples, and walnut trees, so the birds are all around, along with other wildlife. Down the hill is the Middlefork, designated as a "National Scenic River".

Step back in time…our homestead with all the modern conveniences. We have several nearby wedding barns (if you are attending one). We are 30 minutes away from downtown Indy, 26 miles from IMS Track...Brownsburg’s, Lucas Oil Raceway 18 miles. Turkey Run State Park is 34 miles. We enjoy meeting new people, making their vacation completely enjoyable. After 11/24/ 2019 Swim spa with deck...instead of a hot tub. Entire beautiful home.

Come visit Historic Lafayette and stay in this warm and inviting home! This charming 110 year old bungalow has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a tranquil sanctuary on the 3rd floor which provides a pull out couch for additional sleep space.
