Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Our stylish country home is perfect for group trips and family gatherings. Originally an inn for travelers visiting the mill, the home retains original features such as wood flooring, doors and windows and showcases a collection of local 18th and 19th century furnishings. In summer, the back garden is a perfect, cool place to enjoy meals, pick fruit and lie in the sun. At approximately 995 m2, this charming log cabin is approx 35m2 with gas boiler / WC / shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.

Apartment in Zentrumnähe, zu Fuß sind in wenigen Minuten auch zahlreiche Wanderwege durch die Weingärten erreichbar! Es gibt auch sehr schöne Radwege (Radverleih zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen). Gegen Aufpreis steht auch eine lange Kellerröhre für Feiern zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch einen Seminarraum im Haus! Frühstücksmöglichkeit gegenüber (Eisenhuthaus oder Bäckerei Bauer). Garten Ferienwohnung LA-hauptplatzfünf

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich Am Hauptplatz in der Gemeinde Ladendorf. Die Fenster des Zimmers gehen in den Garten. Das Haus welches aus dem 70er Jahren stammt wurde im Jahre 2020 komplett mit viel Liebe und Geschmack modernisiert und erneuert. Ladendorf liegt im Herzen des Weinviertels ca 8 Km von der Bezirkshauptstadt Mistelbach und ca. 35 km nördlich von Wien entfernt.
