"Art House"

History of 180 years untouched by time. House of 19th-century Cycladic architecture in two levels(two difrerent houses) with indepentent entrance each, first level 60sqm with one bedroom with double bed, kitchen and bathroom, and the second level(up) 70sqm with one bedroom with double bed, lounge-living room, fireplace, kitchen and outdoor veranda sea view.We managed to conserve all the elements of the past, the great stone walls, wood and stone, the carved marble, the white cement.

Διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεββάτι με αποθηκευτικούς χώρους, χώρο γραφείου-εργασίας, πλήρης κουζίνα φούρνο, μπάνιο, bbq και μία υπέροχη απάνεμη βεράντα.

The space with stone walls ,represents the local architecture.The apartment has been renovated for the needs of a modern residence,respecting the tradition. At the entrance of the accommodation,a small sun terrace for your own use. There is no air conditioning in the area,since the natural coolness of the stone is enough for the summer months. Τo σπίτι είναι λειτουργικό,πλήρως ανακαινισμένο τον Μάιο του 2021 κρατώντας ομως τον παραδοσιακό κυκλαδικο χαρακτήρα του. Βρίσκεται στο "κέντρο" του χωριού έχοντας απίστευτη Θέα,αλλά το ηλιοβασίλεμα στο Αιγαίο θα σας καταπλήξει . The house is functional, completely renovated in May 2021, but retaining its traditional Cycladic character. It is located in the "center" of the village with incredible views, but the sunset in the Aegean will amaze you.

Damaskini's House

Το Damaskini’s House είναι ένα σπίτι ηλικίας άνω των 200 ετών, το οποίο έχει ανακαινιστεί πληρως και με πολυ μεράκι. Διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, συνδυάζοντάς την ομως με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα εκείνα που διευκολύνουν τη διαμονή των επισκεπτών του, όπως κουζίνα, πλυντήριο, κλιματισμό, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, αλλά και αντλία θερμότητας, η οποία προσφέρει ψύξη - θέρμανση όλο τον χρόνο.
