Portbahn holiday house, close to distillery

Portbahn, Holiday Cottage Bruichladdich - a 3 bedroom self catering house. You can search to see how close it is to the beach and distillery, Bruichladdich cycle path is just across the road. This is our house with our things in it, it is warm, cosy with a log burner and we hope a home from home. We can sleep and cater for up to 8 guests. Large garden, bbq, sunken trampoline and swings. 10 minute walk to shop and beaches, coastal path walk access to wild swimming all on your doorstep.

Modern new luxury cabin nestled on our working croft shared with our Hebridean Sheep. Situated in a peaceful glen twenty minutes walk to the local coastal village Connel and ten mins drive to the town of Oban we offer a gateway to the outdoors - mountains, beaches, forests, islands. The cabin has been built to immerse our guests into the tranquil surroundings with uninterrupted countryside views over native woodland from the decking area where deer and sea eagles are regular visitors.

Tom’s House - peace, quiet and wildlife - in Oban!

Tom’s House is set in a large leafy garden, a 6 minute walk to Oban town centre. Private and peaceful in the garden of Terok Nor. Red squirrels, woodpeckers and roe deer - with fawn at foot are regular visitors at present. Parking on site is spacious. There is so much to do in the Oban area, ferries, castles, whales, dolphins, puffins, walking, beaches, watching .....great food - exceptional sea food and the oldest distillery in Scotland, wonderful whisky - what more can you ask?

‘Tigh na ba’, Loch Etive, Argyll

Tigh na ba is found in a truly exceptional location approximately 250 metres from the shore of Loch Etive and has been reconfigured and totally refurbished in 2021. From here you can relax in a peaceful and beautiful place, explore hills, woods, shores or sea, and take advantage of many visitor attractions within driving distance on the West Coast of Scotland. The property consists of four flats each with its own individual access and entrance. Cragowlet House East possesses magnificent views of the confluence of Loch Long and The River Clyde and beyond to Cowal peninsula and the isle of Arran. It retains its defining architectural features as per its category 'B' listing from Historic Scotland, with high ceilings, ornate plaster cornice work, 'period' fireplaces, plaster corbels, architraves, skirting and sash & case windows.

Sea Breeze East - open fire & views of the Clyde

Located in the north Arran village of Lochranza, this house is an ideal jumping off place for hiking, visiting Arran’s attractions or for a day-trip to Kintyre. By day, enjoy watching the yachts come and go and catch sight of some of Arran’s wildlife. In the evening, cozy up in front an open fire after taking in one of Arran’s long sunsets. Please note the property may not be suitable for children under 5 and I don't provide any baby/child equipment (eg stair gates).

Shepherds Cottage - The Plan Farm close to coast

The Shepherds Cottage is situated on the south end of the Isle of Bute. Can sleep 4 adults, and one infant, or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs. 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the West Island Way and St. Blains Chapel. A 15-20 minute drive gets you to Rothesay. An ideal place for walkers, or families for adventurous holidays. On a working farm with sheep and cattle, so expect some sounds and noises at times.

The Curling Pond Inveraray

The Curling Pond is a detached 4 bedroom house centrally situated in the seaside, historic town of Inveraray. Home to the Duke of Argyll - the castle is 5 minutes walk. A purpose-built family home with a large enclosed garden and off-street parking. The main street with all its amenities is a 2 minute walk. All public rooms, WC/cloakroom are ground floor, upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one with a modern en-suite, plus a family bathroom.
