Guests also can enjoy a large private lounge and dining area on the ground floor of the villa, whilst still have access to the 30 acre estate, balcony.

We live on site in the section with the tower itself. Cats Castle

Built in 1888, Cats Castle sits in two acres on the seaward side of the A814, just beyond the western edge of Dumbarton. The property has wonderful views down the Firth of Clyde. Cats Castle is close to Glasgow, Helensburgh, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. The castle comprises three reception rooms, all with working fireplaces, a family kitchen, pantry, and five bedrooms, including the turret bedroom on the top floor. Suitable for family holidays or special occasions.

The Ghillie Dhu Retreat

The flat is located on the ground floor of the castle overlooking the front lawns and the sea There is also a deep Victorian pedestal bath – perfect for soaking in after a hard day’s fishing or walking. The kitchen houses what was once the castle strong room, complete with a solid steel door.

The Tower Rooms

The Tower Rooms, formerly the Turret flat, has been fully refurbished and reintroduced as a unique self catering  apartment within the castle. The tower is accessed via the main stairs of the Castle and comprises 2 bedrooms, one with superking size bed and one with a double bed.

Achnacloich

Please note: The maximum occupancy of this property is 18 people including infants. Achnacloich is a simply stunning country house resting near Connel close to Oban and which sleeps 18 guests in nine bedrooms.

Glengorm Castle: West Wing

A self contained wing of the castle with its own garden and parking area. Direct access to the lawns and views of the ocean from the sitting room patio doors.
