It is situated on its own 1/2 acre plot in a peaceful woodland setting by the shore of Loch Awe with a Scandinavian wood fired hot tub situated on the huge balcony. This is a fabulous log cabin with amazing views out over the loch. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Perfect or Family setting ... an ideal getaway from the city to be surrounded by nature.

Open all year. For couples, 2 friends or solo travellers . Dogs are very welcome. I expect to be at the lodge to meet you when you arrive. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. Mackie lodge

This unique place has a style all its own. Mackie lodge is a private, luxurious lodge set in the grounds of Polnaberoch House in the heart of Loch Lomond . Situated 4 miles from the picturesque village of Luss, 5 miles from Helensburgh and 5 miles from Balloch . The lodge caters for two people and offers private parking and own entrance. It has its own private garden with putting green and out door bath on the deck area for hot aromatherapy bath or ice bath !

Carrick Lodge is one of two lodges within the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church. Set in a semi-rural location, it is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a lovely private, secluded and sheltered covered decking area with wood burning stove, allowing you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is less than a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.
