Tunnel House is a delightful character property situated less than 100m from the Quay sleeping up to 6 people in the heart of a historic fishing village, where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants & cafes. From the Master bedroom you will enjoy the views of the Estuary towards Instow. You will enter the property, as the name suggests, through it’s own tunnel! The lounge has a cosy wood burner for the cooler months and the French doors can be opened onto the private Mediterranean courtyard.

Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exponses beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

It has estuary views, easy access to walks and several pubs and restaurants close by. The cottage is equipped for a family or 2 couples to enjoy with both bedrooms having their own en-suite bathrooms. The property also has a separate dining room and kitchen and the lounge looks out on to the garden which has a seated decking area.
