We invite you to stay at “El Escondite” aka The Hideout. This brand new beachfront retreat offers 4 spacious suites. This suite is the most exclusive and comfortable of them all. The apartment is the entire second floor and features your own private patio with kitchen, dining area, comfortable furniture and hammocks. Inside there are sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people! On the lower level there is a large pool and patio, shared only with guests staying in our suites.

The Boom Oasis is your destination for a northern Nicaragua vacation. Available November- April. You’ll be greeted each morning with the sunrise, ocean waves and birds song. Located on the Boom Beach and the point of Aposentillo, if you choose to not surf, you have direct access to the point for fishing and shell hunting. All sleeping areas have AC and fans for a great nights sleep. 3.5 bathrooms, ocean front pool with Rancho for the perfect outdoor living experience.

This is a spacious open floor plan house -2 bedroom, 2 bath plus office. There is a gated courtyard and elevated coffee sipping, cocktail enjoying, yoga deck. Safe, secure, private. Located 250m South of Punta Aposentillo and 250m north of the world class surf break ‘the boom'. The property is in a gated community. There is an onsite caretaker to help with anything you need. He also does ding repair and shoots photos/videos if you need!
