We are family friendly & dog friendly. There is a separate toyroom & dog room in the farmhouse. We have a large enclosed garden with decking area, furniture,swings, large sandpit area, BBQ and ping pong shed. There is plenty space for kids and dogs to run around. The Loft provides warm and comfortable accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location. There are wonderful woodland walks close by and It is a midge free place with lots of swallows and house martins. It is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns and is close to the Cairngorms National Park.

The cottage is small and cozy with a wood burner. 1 toilet and shower. 2 double-bed bedrooms upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. We also have good WiFi.
