This unique community is home to around 55 houseboats of all shapes and sizes and is completely unique to the UK. Guests will have exclusive use of our traditional narrowboat, Rhubarb and Custard. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

Based around a Victorian railway carriage, THE BOLTHOLE has been lovingly renovated to include all creature comforts and super fast wi-fi! The original railway carriages remain and you will sleep 'first class' under their bowed ceilings! In addition a modern kitchen provides all you need to prepare your catch of the day and a open plan lounge allows space to kick back and relax.

It's perched on the top floor of a converted 1850s Victorian building. You’ll get stunning south-facing views of the sea and a nice, quiet view of the city to the north.
