Ferndown is a detached house on a quiet, private road less than 10 minutes walk away from Bowness Bay, the Passenger Boats and all the restaurants, bars and shops in Bowness. Windermere railway station is a short taxi ride away. The property is ideally located on a lovely site with far reaching views. Your spacious accommodation has recently been entirely renovated and is a completely self contained unit, located on the first floor with its own private entrance via your south facing balcony.

The Lady of the Lake Windermere

The Lady of the Lake is a cosy cottage with stunning views across Lake Windermere to the hills. The cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Lake District and all it has to offer, from Horse Riding to Hiking, Boat Trips, Cycling and many more activities. The Lady of the Lake has a private parking space, a shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just a 15 minute walk from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops and traditional pubs.

Penelope is a brand new, ground floor studio apartment, just a few minutes stroll from Bowness town centre and 10-minute stroll from Lake Windermere, with a parking space immediately outside its front door. Inside, Penelope offers a very modern but cosy open plan living area with an oversized sofa and brand new kitchen. Whilst the bedroom area offers a super comfy king size bed, the star of the show is the stunningly fitted out white and gold marble bathroom with its huge walk in shower!

There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

Once a wash house, then a sculptor's studio, the Wash House has now been cleverly converted to provide everything needed for a perfect holiday in quite a small space!
