The Garden Bed & Breakfast is located in the small friendly village of Over Haddon, just 2 miles from the town of Bakewell in the beautiful Peak District National Park. We are just 6 miles from Chatsworth House so ideally situated for attending their events, Haddon Hall is 4 miles away. Our Bed & Breakfast overlooks the Lathkill Dale, a lovely nature reserve with walks to both Monyash and Youlgrave. We offer a friendly personal service and aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. But you really don't need to drive anywhere if you just want to chill out, as there are lots of things to do nearby.

Visitors have an off road parking place..The bedroom, to the front of the house, is part of the original cottage, with beamed ceilings. The bedroom can be configured with either a superking size double, or as a twin, with 2 singles. The accommodation includes ensuite shower room with toilet.

Situated in the village of Doveridge near to Alton Towers and the Peak District. We offer room 1 with king size bed and room 2 can be super king or twin. You have your own bathroom.. Owners are usually on site. Village has a pub and good shop. Parking on the drive and full electric vehicle charging at cost of power. Safe storage for bikes. Use of the garden with extensive country views and gas BBQ . Price is £70 for up to 2 people and £20 pppn extra up to 4 people plus airbnb fees

Kingfisher Caravan

Kingfisher one of our deluxe caravans and is a two-bedroom caravan situated in a quiet location within our grounds. It has a double bedroom, single bedroom, kitchen, lounge and dining room area, and a bathroom. This caravan has full central heating throughout. Our online booking facility is set for arrivals on Mondays (minimum stay 4 nights) & Fridays (minimum stay 3 nights). We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.
