Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

To reach the ski slopes, you can choose the Chantarella train, which goes directly to the Corviglia ski area, or opt for nearby Celerina, from which the Celerina-Marguns cable car departs, less than 3 km from the apartment.

Located in quite Surlej just above Silvaplana's lake, 10 minutes by car from St. Moritz or 1 hour walk through the woods. In summer many bike or walking trails are waiting just outside your door.
